• Tracking details will be shared via the email address provided during checkout.
• Tracking details may also be shared via TikTok DM upon customer request.
• Once parcels have been handed over to the courier, Cherrypop is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping provider.

Concert Meet-Up Orders

• Customers selecting the Meet-Up option must collect their orders at the designated venue and time announced by Cherrypop.
• Failure to collect during the meet-up session may require additional shipping charges for redelivery.
